So, you’ve decided to go on exchange and want to apply? Great! You’ve come to the right place.

To start your application please complete and submit the PRE- APPLICATION form below.

Please note the form below is only the pre-application form.
The actual application process is quite comprehensive and takes time to complete (sometimes around 3 weeks). All applications must be fully lodged and completed prior to the application deadline. You can view the application deadlines here.

What’s next?

1. You will receive an email confirming your pre-application and our bank details for the pre-application fee due of $100 (non-refundable).
2. Within three business days of receiving your pre-application form and first payment, you will receive an email with your pre-interview forms.
3. Once your pre-interview forms are returned to us, WEP will contact you to arrange your eligibility interview and your access to our online application platform.
