Yes, providing you meet the acceptance criteria and possible language requirement.

Is WEP Australia experienced in operating exchange programs?

Yes, our staff have been managing these programs for more than 16 years and are very experienced.

Are WEP Australia's program prices reasonable and offer an advantage over the competition? Are the program prices comprehensive with no hidden costs for a pre-application fee, insurance, or domestic airfares?

Yes, we guarantee to have the best price for a French or Italian language program and competitive prices on other countries. There are no hidden or extra costs.

Will you be able to discuss your program with WEP Australia staff and management directly, so you are regarded as an individual? Will they be responsive to your needs?

Does WEP Australia offer full-length programs?

Yes, many of our programs cover the full 12 months and allow students to spend christmas in their host country.

Will you get 24-hour support while overseas and in Australia? Will you talk to a staff member and not an answering machine?

Yes, WEP Australia staff will answer the emergency phone service...you will not be dealing with an answering service.

Will WEP Australia interview you in your home or at school if you are a border?

Yes, every effort will be made to conduct the interview in your home so that you feel more relaxed about this part of the process. We will not ask you to travel long distances just to be interviewed.

Will WEP Australia provide you with a pre-departure orientation, a post arrival orientation, handbooks and other support to help prepare for your adventure, and when you return to Australia?

Yes, you will receive a pre-departure orientation before you leave Australia and another orientation when you arrive in your chosen country. The format of the international orientation depends on the country chosen.

Does WEP Australia use quality airlines and have a comprehensive insurance policy?

Yes, as WEP Australia is not a travel agent we have no ties to any particular airline and we only make bookings with reputable carriers. Our insurance policy (which is included in the program price) is very comprehensive and tailored particularly to the student exchange market.

Does WEP Australia offer support and benefits upon return to Australia?

Yes, we are here for you when you return to assist with any reorientation problems you may have or just to listen to stories about your great experiences. We offer opportunities for you to remain involved so you can share your newfound knowledge to assist other students.
