WEP Australia employs full and part time staff in its head office and part time people outside of Victoria. All head office staff are experienced internationally - they have lived and worked overseas, their children have participated in exchange programs, they have hosted international students and they have studied at secondary and tertiary level overseas.

The professional backgrounds of staff cover business, education, marketing, public relations, training and language study. These varied backgrounds combine to provide the knowledge, structure and support so necessary in ensuring a successful experience.

Very importantly, all staff have a genuine interest in helping young people succeed and grow from their international experiences. We want to get to know you, the student, and your extended family so that we can better assist all involved in the program - the student, school, natural family, host family, host school and the volunteer coordinators in both countries.
