Central Australia Tour

In the last September school holidays 42 WEP students from various countries took part in the annual WEP tour to Central Australia. This year's tour lasted fourteen days and fifteen nights and went from Brisbane to Central Australia and then north to Darwin. On the itinerary were such sights as Uluru, Katherine Gorge and the World Heritage listed Kakadu National Park. Students got a real taste for the Australian Outback, sleeping in tents and passing through rural areas including Mount Isa and Tennant Creek.

"The tour was really, really good. We had lots of fun and saw lots of things. It was great to meet lots of new people and I made lots of friends."

Capital City Tours

Tours are offered to WEP Australia by independent tour operators. In 2005 WEP Australia has been offered trips to Sydney, Canberra and other state capitals. These trips are available to all students and are a great way to see Australia's most well-known cities.

The trips are primarily offered to inbound students, but outbound students and siblings of both inbound and outbound students are also welcome. Please contact WEP Australia for information and contact details of tour operators.
