My family is excellent and I love the Italian foods and customs! I am getting along with my host siblings very well also, which is great! Every morning, I ride to school with my host sibling Elisabetta.

The weather here has been gradually warming up and preparing for spring. I have visited a lot of Venice so far and I went there for the Carnivale. I'm still not very confident with Italian, but I can already understand a lot more.

At the beginning of March, I'm hoping to take part in free hip hop courses - Can't wait!

Things have improved a lot and I have friends in and outside of school. I contacted my natural family today for the first time in Italia. Once a month is enough for us.

Everyone asks about kangaroos and they are the funniest questions I have ever been asked but you got to love the people here. I am also always getting asked to say something in Australian. I don’t think they realise we speak inglese! ;-)

PS. I am having a ball here and culture shock is put way behind me.
