Nirmala (short-term  program)
Italy is great! I love it here! I am having a lovely time with my host family who are so kind and sweet to me. They are always asking me 'Come Sta?' and feeding me too much! I am afraid I am going to turn into prosciutto, because I eat so much!

Thanks for everything that WEP Australia has done to get me here. I appreciate it so much and you have done such a terrific job in finding me the most awesome family possible.
So, brava WEP Australia and grazie mille! I have been in Italy for a month now and I have found some things to be really strange, but I really think that I have adapted well.

Emily (semester program)
I was put with a great family and a great location – could not have been better! I learnt that I have to be independent and take responsibility for myself and that even if you can't speak the same language there is always a way to communicate.

Nick (semester program)
Everything is just perfect. My family are the nicest people ever. All of the Italians are very hospitable and right now I am sitting here watching it snow out on the Italian Dolomite Mountains while I know you are all hot in Australia! Weird thoughts!
